Git for Windows users should be able to prepare, and I had forgotten to re-add that warning, so let's give them a grace period after the next release of Git for Windows (whatever version that may be).

@rimrul @mjcheetham do you think it is enough warning time to drop git svn from the next major Git for Windows release after this note has been part of an official Git for Windows release?
